Web design · Denver metro & all of Colorado
Web design for small businesses in Denver and across Colorado — a website you own, run yourself, and keep online for about $20 a year
Beer Technologies is a web design studio in Castle Rock, just south of Denver, building for businesses across the Front Range and the rest of the state. We design the public site your customers see, the booking system that fills your calendar, and an admin in plain language you can run alone. One fixed price agreed before work starts — then the site is yours, with no subscription and no retainer.

Where we work
Anywhere in Colorado, and in person around the south Denver metro. The discovery call, the live preview and the handover all work the same at a distance, which is how most of our projects run.

Custom design, no templates
Every site is designed for the business it belongs to — no page-builder theme underneath, no monthly builder subscription, nothing you're afraid to touch.
Online booking built in
Request forms, offer-your-own-times scheduling, calendar invites and automatic follow-ups — the system that turns a website from a brochure into the thing that fills your week.
An admin you can run
Plain words, read-aloud guidance, and voice control for owners who'd rather speak than type. Change your hours, prices and photos yourself, whenever you like, for free.
What you own the day we hand over
Most website services rent you a platform. Your domain and your words are yours; the site itself does not come with you when you leave. We build the other kind.
- Every file that makes up the site — the code and the design, handed to you at launch.
- Your domain, registered to you, on an account you control.
- Your content, your photos, and your customer data, exportable at any time.
- The admin console, plus a plain-language guide to running it.
- The right to hand the whole thing to any developer alive and walk away from us.

Sits inside the free tier at small-business traffic
Nothing to subscribe to — no page builder underneath
You make them, in the admin, whenever you like
Paid to your registrar, not to us
About $1.70 a month, if you're comparing against a subscription
Some things genuinely do cost money — high-volume email, card payments, an AI assistant answering from your own content. You get those numbers in writing before you sign, and we pick the cheapest option that does the job.
Ask what your project would costWhat it costs
One fixed number, agreed in writing before work starts, after a 30-minute call about what you actually need. A brochure site costs less than one with booking, a custom admin or a store — and either way the running cost afterwards is about $20 a year.
How a website is priced, and what moves the numberWho you'll be working with
Tyler Penton-Beer, who builds the thing. You talk to the same person on the quote call, during the build and after launch — not an account manager, and not a contractor you never meet.
More about Tyler and how the studio worksQuestions we hear a lot
- Do you work with businesses outside Castle Rock?
- Yes — most of our enquiries come from the wider Denver metro, the Front Range and the Western Slope. The 30-minute discovery call is a video call, you watch the build on a live preview, and handover is a written guide plus a walkthrough, so distance changes nothing about how the project runs. Around the south Denver metro we're happy to meet in person.
- How much does a website cost in Colorado?
- Every quote is a fixed price agreed before work starts, based on a short call about what you need. A brochure site costs less than a site with booking, a custom admin or an online store, and afterwards the running cost is the domain — about $20 a year, paid to your registrar. Our pricing page explains what moves the number.
- How long does a small-business website take?
- Most take two to six weeks from the discovery call to launch, depending on scope. You see progress on a live preview the whole way, so there are no surprises at the end.
- Will I be able to update it myself?
- Yes. Every site ships with an admin written in plain language — change your words, photos, prices, hours and services without touching code. If you'd rather talk than type, we build admin consoles you can literally speak to. There is no retainer to change a sentence.
- Do I own the website, or am I renting it?
- You own it in full: the code, the design, the content and the domain all end up in your name at handover. You can hand the whole thing to any other developer and walk away from us. That is the difference between a site you own and a website subscription.
Start with a short call
Tell us what you're building. We'll offer times, you pick one, and within days of the call you have a written quote with a fixed price. No obligation either way.
